House Rules
Per our HOA agreement, the responsible booking guest must be at least 25 years of age and MUST be present during the stay. Pets are not allowed on the property per our HOA rules. Emotional support animals are also included in this rule and are not allowed. The city of Biloxi mandates that the maximum occupancy for this unit is 6 people. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IN THE UNIT Large gatherings and loud events are strictly prohibited out of respect for neighbors in the building. **Breaking any of these rules puts your stay at risk for immediate eviction with no refund.
Other Details to Note
We have a very strict policy of only allowing booking guests who are at least 25 years of age and are present for the duration of the stay. We also have a very strict no pet policy that is enforced by the HOA. This also includes emotional support animals. The maximum occupancy of the condo is 6 people at any given time. No parties are large gatherings permitted.
